All of the crystals are expert-sourced and individually-selected for their beauty and meaning. No two are alike. These refined adornments are then hand-crafted in Italy with supple, responsibly-sourced leather straps and custom-forged hardware. Within 30 days of purchase, bags may be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. All bags will be subject to assessment before being accepted for return, and must have all original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition with all original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

The ALO Bag Collection is crafted from luxurious leather and suede, and each piece used in the construction of these bags is one-of-a-kind. Because leather and suede are natural materials, they will soften and gently wear over time, a sign of your bag becoming personal and totally unique to you.
To help maintain the beauty of your bag, regularly wipe leather with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth to remove dust and maintain the appearance. Use a suede brush to restore and harmonize the nap of suede bags. Be attentive to potential scratching and avoid placing bags on rough or dirty surfaces. Crystal charms can be gently cleaned and maintained with microfiber jewelry cloths. When not in use, store your bag in the provided ALO dust bag, away from high-heat or humidity. Using leather cleaner is not recommended and never store leather in plastic.
